Today Tony worked several hours later than scheduled (ten hour shift turned into a 13 hour shift), so my mom came by after she got off work to take the kids down to the pool and give me an hour break without kids. One hour of quiet is amazing after being stuck in a hotel room with a PMS-ing Aspergian teenager all weekend.
It's already nearly 11pm and I still need to run home and do rabbit chores before bed. This living away from home situation is exhausting. Then I have to be back up again at 6am to get girls up, dressed, fed, and on the bus. I see a nap in my future tomorrow! Tony will probably need one too since he's got to be to work by 6:30 tomorrow morning.
Perhaps this week we will hear something about either house. According to our purchase agreement, our mortgage paperwork is supposed to be written up and ready by the end of this week, even though we don't sign until next week. We also have to figure out how to get the insurance to start reimbursing us for meals as it's really taking a lot out of the house fund.
I did try to add a photo to this blog post, but for whatever reason, the computer (Tony hooked up a different hard drive) isn't cooperating. I will try another photo in tomorrow's blog.
