We moved Raisinet to her own cage so she'd stop pulling fur from Toblerone and Diana. I put her in with Fabio, and try as he might, she wasn't participating. So we moved her in with Fella, but again, he was eager and she was unwilling. We will try her again with Fella tomorrow and every day thereafter until he is successful in wooing her.
I had intended to separate Caduci Mook from her two adult daughters. We've tried several times to breed these three with no success, and now they're starting to mount and pull fur from one another. Time to separate. Unfortunately, the cage I plan to put Quetzal in has a hole and I need to mount a board over it to keep her from chewing the plastic edge and destroying the cage. That will take some assistance from Tony. He won't have any time to do any barn stuff until Thursday at the earliest, so I guess separating the French lop ladies will have to wait a few more days.
