Welcome to the Kitten page!
Here you will find all of our available kittens (and adult cats). We do our best to describe them as best we can to make it easier to get to know them. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
Please take a minute to read the Kitten Application and the Kitten Contract. We use the application to screen homes, to help assure each kitten finds a home that best matches their personality and specific needs, and that potential adopters are appropriately matched to a kitten that will match the temperament they're looking for. We use the contract to assure all of our kittens have a safety net for the rest of their lives, to make sure they aren't bounced from home to home and don't end up in a shelter. Please take the time to read both forms and make sure you are in agreeance with our requirements before proceeding! We are happy to answer questions up front, but you will need to submit an application before scheduling a meeting with any of the kittens.

Netherquartz - Sphynx / Siamese Cross
Netherquartz was born via emergency c-section on July 20th, 2015. His mom (Mocha) was a Siamese cross, and his dad (Henry) was a sphynx. Netherquartz inherited both genetics, and while he has normal cat fur, he carries the genetics for hairless. He was neutered November 1, 2018 and got his updated rabies vaccination 10/18/19 (will not need another rabies vaccine until 10/17/22).
Netherquartz is white with blue spots and blue eyes. He's a great cat, loves kids, never scratches, uses the litter box and the cat tree, and doesn't get into trouble. He's great with the dogs, loves the kids, and gets along with all the other cats. He did have a problem in the past with his dad, but I suspect that had more to do with neither being neutered at the time.
The only thing I could find that might be noteworthy to complain about is that Netherquartz is our biggest cat (about average for most cats - our others are small) and sometimes while all four paws are in the litter box, his butt is just over the edge. We have found that by putting two litter boxes side by side the problem is practically eliminated (no pun intended). A covered litter box may also work, but we have a special needs cat that cannot use a covered box so we have not tried.
Netherquartz is an indoor only cat, he has all of his claws, and he doesn't mind getting nail trims. He loves getting attention, but doesn't usually demand it often, though he will rub up against your leg if he wants you to pet him. He has been around large dogs, a puppy, children (18 months to teenager), and other cats, both male and female. He may be better suited to a home without other male cats. The only adult male cat he's been around was his dad and he was displaying some dominance posturing. He does not have any issues with the female cats in the household.
Netherquartz is not microchipped and has not had a PRC vaccination. Netherquartz is $75 to an approved home.

Please note that we are located near Staples, Minnesota. We are happy to arrange meetings in Staples, Motley, Pillager, or Brainerd / Baxter for no additional fee. All meetings must be face-to-face. We do not ship our kittens or hand them off to a third party to transport. Our contract requires the new owner to sign anyway, so be prepared to come and get your new furry friend in person. If you are unable to meet in any of these towns, we can arrange a meeting further away, but there will be a non-refundable delivery fee that will need to be paid in advance. We have limited travel availability, so arranging a meeting further away may take a few additional weeks. We do require that all transportation arrangements be made within 8 weeks of deposit. For more information, please see the Bunny FAQ page (question 14).
