Red potatoes (as many as you like)
Carrots (as many as you like)
Mushrooms (as many as you like)
Onions (1/2 to 1 whole, chopped)
Celery (3 stalks)
Garlic (2 big or three small cloves)
Fresh grated ginger (roughly 2-3 teaspoons)
Bell pepper (1-2 chopped)
Radishes (sliced)
1 Yellow Zucchini (sliced lengthwise and then cut into chunks)
1 container of beef broth
Cook on Low for 6 hours
I forgot the salt, as usual. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't amazing either. I didn't like how much greasy oil spots were on the top of the soup.
