Today was also "graduation day" for the sixth graders at the girls' school, so we went to see #3 "graduate" from elementary school. The graduating class this year was six students. It's a very small school. Afterwards there was a school picnic in the playground, so we got to eat lunch with #4 too. Then a young boy came up and started talking to #4. He said he knew where she lived, and proceeded to describe our house, the garden out front, and the playset in back. He then took #5 and played with him on the seesaw and the merry-go-round so Tony and I could eat our food. What a sweet boy! I will be messaging his mom on Facebook to let her know how much I appreciated her son's kindness (he told me where he lives and I happen to know his mom in passing).
All together not a bad day. It was sunny and warm, we got to be out of the hotel room most of the day, and I got to play with the cats and the rabbits.
Though tonight I am finding my back to be particularly sore, and I'm very tired. Too much fun in the sun perhaps. Early to bed for me!
