Then we headed back to the hotel for Tony to take a nap before heading back out to run some errands, grab dinner, and go do laundry at my parents' house.
It's been a busy day today. Tony worked his half day, so he got home just past noon. We went out to the house again. Tony helped the cleaning guys again today, while the kids played outside. I shoveled out underneath all three hutches and under the three top cages. I lost track of how many bags I filled. I know at least eight. I've decided that instead of selling it, I'll just move it to the new house to use as part of the Back To Eden method garden beds I am planning to set up. The kids handled the harlequin doe bunny (Lily) a little in preparation for her leaving tomorrow to her new family, and we moved bunnies around to give the J litter more space to grow. Now Jada, Jennifer and Julia are in one big cage together, and Jensen and Jared are in the other. I moved Feather to a cage with a build-in nest box, and moved Penelope to a bigger cage so she can enjoy relaxing now that her litter was moved to the grow out cages. Elsa and Snowflake got moved too. The kids went for a bike ride, then walked to the greenhouse to look around again. Then we headed back to the hotel for Tony to take a nap before heading back out to run some errands, grab dinner, and go do laundry at my parents' house. Tomorrow #3 is going to a music festival with a friend of hers and then spending the night. I've got a meeting set up tomorrow morning to sell Lily (the harlequin doe from Gretchen's litter). I'm not sure what else our day will bring, but hopefully it's fun and productive!
