Yesterday Blue and Ginger got microchipped. Tomorrow Blue goes off to her new home. I'm excited to send her off on her next adventure, but a little sad too. She's only just started to come around and actually request attention from me since she was spayed. I know she's #3's favorite, and she's gonna miss her. It's hard to find a home for a kitten who needs a dog-free home, so Blue is lucky we found one that is qualified for her. Everything on paper sounds just perfect for Blue. I'm so happy she gets her perfect family.
Now we just need to find homes for Netherquartz and Ginger Bear. Eventually Sage too, if we can find someone who'll want her with her chronic medical issues.
I ended up giving Amos a drop of eye meds in each eye. I'm running low. The vet said to just dose him "as needed" but I worry there's something more going on. Yesterday he didn't dive into the food bowl like he usually does. I may have to take him back in again.
Anyway, a day out in the sun and running around with kids has worn me down. Hopefully I'll have a better blog post tomorrow.
