Tony has already worked 40+ hours this week and will be working tomorrow for both weekend and overtime pay, which is always a good thing.
I'm counting down the days to surgery day. I have a pre-op doctor visit next week and then surgery the following week. We're now less than two weeks away! My medical bills are already in the $4,000-$5,000 range so I'm a little leery of this surgery. I hope it solves some problems and gets me back up on my feet 100% once I recover. Tony has requested that entire week off so he can take care of the kids and the house chores while I'm down and out. I told him he didn't need to - I told him I could orchestrate the kids from the bed... I'd been doing that for months while I was down and out anyway. I guess he remembers my last surgery better than I do because he insisted.
I am so not ready for another long down time. Especially with so much going on! It's prime winter sowing season in February (statistically the coldest month of the year in our area), and I'm antsy to put in an offer on that house.
