Dinner with #1's girlfriend went well. The rabbit recipe is always a hit. It was a little unnerving to have Wisp right there eating her food while we had dinner, but I assured the friend that Wisp is a breeder, not destined for the table any time soon (if at all).
No new winter sowing jugs today. I'm a little disappointed that today is a mail holiday. I'm waiting for some more seeds to come in and I'm excited especially for some Fire & Ice hosta seeds that should be arriving any day now. I will want to get those started right away. I've got just the location for them in mind.
Tomorrow should be a busy day. We have a visitor coming at 10am, then a parent teacher conference at 11am, followed by Tony having to rush off to work, dropping kids and I off on his way after the parent teacher meeting. Yikes! Tight schedule! But I'm sure we can make it work. Then in the evening the lady is coming to bring that box of food. I am so thankful to the generosity of strangers.
We are currently under a winter weather advisory until noon tomorrow. We are slated to get 1-3 inches of the fluffy white stuff over night.
